National Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS | March 7-13

Every Church, Mosque, Synagogue, Temple and Home is invited to join in prayer, education, advocacy, and service for the healing of AIDS in the United States and the World.

We all sit with anticipation waiting on change during moments of uncertainty. There is indeed "power in prayer" and we are coming together at a specific time of prayer on Friday, March 12 at 6:30 pm during our National Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS Service at Little Rock AME Zion Church. This will an intense evening of travailing for God to move and manifest in all of our lives. Therefore, we are inviting you to attend this powerful service in support of those affected and infected by HIV/AIDS in the Charlotte region.

We are also doing a program souvenir ad booklet to raise money to be used for the ongoing ministry / mitzvahs of RAIN. We would appreciate the support from you, faith organizations, and businesses by advertising in our bulletin which will be distributed to all who attend.

The National Week of Prayer for the Healing of AIDS is the coming together of all people of faith to unite with purpose, compassion, and hope. Through the power of God's love we will educate every American about HIV prevention facts; encourage and support HIV testing; advocate for the availability of compassionate care and treatment for all those living with the disease in every community in America; and love unconditionally all persons living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. Back by "Popular" demand. Entertainment Weekly calls WICKED "the best musical of the decade," and when it first played in Charlotte in 2008, it broke box office records and sold out in record time.

How these two grow to become the Wicked Witch of the West and Glinda the Good makes for "the most complete and completely satisfying new musical in a long time" (USA Today).
