Digital Advocates

Help change how the South talks about HIV.

Positive Change Ambassadors are a community of digital advocates, storytellers, and supporters helping reshape the conversation around HIV.

Through social media, community engagement, and authentic storytelling, ambassadors help RAIN expand awareness, challenge stigma, and promote compassion, education, and care for people living with HIV and those most at risk.

More than a repost program, Positive Change is a movement focused on connection, visibility, and creating a more informed and supportive community.

How Does It Work?

RAIN will send a newsletter every other month about our current activities, campaigns, and unique content. Digital Advocates can pick and choose what they’d like to help promote using their social media platforms.

What's in it for Me?

In addition to the sheer excitement and honor of being a RAIN Positive Change Advocate, here are some of the fantastic benefits you’ll enjoy:

  • Special invitations to RAIN events
  • Monthly E-News
  • Exclusive feature on our Positive Change page
How Often Do I Need to Mention RAIN?

We ask advocates to follow @RAINCLT on your social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, and X) and post about RAIN at least once per month (12 times per year). Some examples are:

  • Reposting RAIN posts on any platform
  • Tagging us on content sent in the newsletter
  • Sharing stories or posts we make
  • Posting a video or picture when you are volunteering or attending one of our events
How Do I Qualify and Sign Up?
