RAIN is located in the Ascend Nonprofit Solutions building in Uptown Charlotte – the corner of N. Davidson Street and E. 5th Street. Guest parking spaces are provided in the gated lot immediately adjacent to the Ascend Nonprofit Solutions building. Reserved spaces for handicapped are marked appropriately. Vehicles parked in reserved handicapped spaces must have a valid, state-approved handicapped tag.
Parking meters are located in front of the building along 5th Street, and are available for use until 4:00 PM with a 2-hour limit between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, as is standard for all meters in the Uptown area.
