AIDS WALK Charlotte has consistently been the Carolinas' largest HIV fundraising walk since 1997, raising an impressive $3.3 million to date. The roughly two-mile walk can be completed in around 30 minutes, making it accessible to participants of all ages. As a family-oriented fundraiser, we welcome anyone who wishes to participate and show their compassion for our neighbors who face challenges in accessing resources and health services, particularly those affected by HIV stigma.
To get involved, simply visit our website at aidswalkclt.org and click "REGISTER NOW" to sign up. Once registered, you can customize your personal page and start reaching out to friends and family to join the walk or support you with donations. Our website offers a wealth of resources, including social media and fundraising kits, to assist you in recruiting others and boosting your fundraising efforts.
For those who prefer a more traditional approach, collecting donations in person is also encouraged. You can easily mail in your contributions to our office or arrange for a pickup if needed.
